My next marker investment probably be one of these.
They look good. Are they more accurate or is that just a mith?

I wouldn't say that they are more accurate. They are very very consistent though... But when you are able to hit, hmmm someones shoe that is sticking out of a bunker at 20 yards. With one shot. It's just like any thing that shoots you just need to practice..... practice = mythical accuracy

Didn't know you were looking for a Phantom Parts place. Had I that would have been where I would have sent you. I recently purchased a used Phantom on Ebay for use at our Pump Events at OA. It has been decent. I bought a few upgrade parts from WEVO after asking a couple of questions. The guys there are excellent and I got everything very quickly.

I'm always looking for new and improved stuff. I've been thinking about an under cocking set up for my Phantom. I looked into Punishers but most of their stuff was 'not available'. I found the WEVO link last night looking at something on Ebay......

I had a Phantom at one time, I bought it from Mike Casady. He was at the Paintchek Magazine tournament at Sgt. Yorks and was pimping it. It was one of the first ones he sold. You had to buy the marker to what barrel length you wanted. I think mine was a 14", side feed, and a bottle adapter. It was a great marker, but I didn't like that you couldn't change the barrels. That's why I bought my Bushmasters. Still thinking about getting one... I don't like how most of the ones use the 10rd. tubes, and I despise 12 grams. I was so happy when Indian springs and Viewloader started making 80-100 rd. hoppers. Having used those damn tubes for so long I don't want to go back. But, it seems that a majority of the nicer used Phantoms I've seen are made for them

What I bought was a stock class that came with a White Wolf metal feed tube (http://www.whitewolfairsmithing.com/cci%20parts.htm) tube and three different Lapco barrels (Bigshot, Autospirit, Microshot) which was the major selling point. It also had the veritcal air and 10 gram quick charger. It also had the air fittings on the lefthand side (inside of marker when holding with right hand) which was different. I then added the under cocking kit (which is excellent), a center feed, and bought a couple of 3 ounce CO2 tanks. I also added a JCS folding stock to is as I like stocks on my markers. If I continue to play with it, I might get a small HPA tank to use as CO2 doesn't seem to like to keep up.

Scooter - Mike's still running the show over there at CCI, and you can still order direct from them in all kinds of setups. Wevo is good, too, though. I have ordered a few random accessories (tubes and packs, not gun parts) from them and the service was good. Tarps - I would steer clear of Punisher, assuming you can even get a hold of the guy. Not to say that he is all bad, but there seems to be a long line of people waiting their turn with torches and pitchforks trying to get either gear or money back from him after years of waiting. You might be able to get some of his items through www.airsoldier.com though. As for Phantoms themselves, I always prefered Sheridan guns, but thousands of Phantom fans can't all be wrogn. Cool thing about the modern Phantoms is that you can get alternate bodies for not too much to use a hopper or go stock class and swap them out in just a couple minutes. Same thing with the air source. I would give them a thumbs up overall.

White Wolf Airsmithing has Phantom barrels that accept freak inserts. With no need to modify your pump handle. www.whitewolfairsmithing.com/cci%20parts.htmWEVO has a freak back for the Phantom. But I think you'll also need a modified pump handle, whick they sell also www.wevopaintball.com/yellow5, I've been wanting to get one of Punishers vert feed adapters but, 1. can never get ahold of anyone at Punishers 2. looked at airsoldier but it was always "product unavailable" With the under cocking installed there is less friction to cycle the marker. With the cocking handle around the barrel if you don't pull the handle straight back, you could bind the handle and slow yourself/marker down. (in theory)

LOL, I heard that marker was hard to get rocking... I beleive I read that BE put softer springs in it so it wouldn't shoot so fast. I think the only way to get the velocity up is to change springs or something. It's more of a backyard shooter where you would have no chrono.
