So far that's the basic layout. I still need to plumb in the actuator valve. That will hook up the the (silver) main valve on the back of the launcher. Then I need to figure out where to put the trigger. Also the HPA tank adapter or remote has to go somewhere. It can work off of 12 grams but then you'd have reload the 12 gram and the launcher. I'm debating on how to work the barrrel, a possible bolt action type might work. Or a twist lock. Right now the barrel just slips into the coupling that is attached to the main valve. I was playing with the main valve the other day. The recycle rate is pretty quick. If I have someone to act as a loader the firing rate would be awsome.

Launcher update: Got it fab'ed together. Still tweaking it though. It's shooting about 68 fps. I need to get my tanks filled to do more testing. Tried it with co2, worked great, but the fps shifted quite a bit. The action is similar to a bolt action. I cut a slot in the bottom of the T fitting. So the "bolt" actually works pretty smoothly...... I try to figure out how to post a video,,,,,
